Delivery requirements
Delivery is subject to successful payment verification and confirmation that the learner has met the applicable course, attendance, assessment, identity, and registration requirements. Payment alone does not guarantee delivery.
Delivery method
Certificates may be supplied as PDF or PNG files, email links, or verification-page links. They may include a unique certificate identifier and may be publicly verifiable to protect credential integrity.
Timing
Eligible certificates are normally processed after payment and course-completion checks. Timing can vary by course and may require manual review. If you have not received an eligible certificate within 5 business days, contact support with your payment ID and registered email.
Avoiding delivery problems
- Use the exact email registered for the course.
- Check spam, promotions, and junk folders.
- Ensure the mailbox can receive new messages and that Turnip emails are not blocked.
- Contact us if the certificate details or delivery email appear incorrect.
No physical shipping
This website does not offer physical certificates, printed materials, goods, shipment tracking, or delivery to a postal address. Any separately agreed physical service would be governed by separate written terms.

This policy is governed by Indian law, with disputes subject to the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
