Service and eligibility
This service accepts payment for eligible digital certificates connected with Turnip courses, webinars, or learning programmes. You must have a valid registered email and satisfy the completion, attendance, assessment, payment, or other requirements communicated for the relevant course.
Your information
You must provide complete and accurate information. The name, email, organisation, and designation submitted may be used on the certificate. Turnip is not responsible for errors entered by the user, and corrections after certificate generation may be unavailable or chargeable.
Payments
Course and certificate fees are displayed in Indian Rupees and processed by the gateway shown at checkout (Razorpay or Cashfree). The payable amount is determined from Turnip's course database, not from browser input. A payment is treated as complete only after server-side verification. Your bank or payment provider may apply separate terms or charges.
Certificates
- Certificates are issued electronically to the registered email after eligibility and payment verification.
- Payment alone does not establish course completion or an unconditional right to a certificate.
- Turnip may withhold or revoke a certificate for incomplete coursework, inaccurate information, impersonation, academic dishonesty, fraud, payment reversal, or breach of these terms.
- The organiser may exercise reasonable discretion when evaluating certificate eligibility.
Acceptable use
You must not automate submissions, create repeated or fraudulent orders, bypass security controls, manipulate course or payment data, impersonate another learner, scrape the service, interfere with availability, or misuse Turnip's trademarks, certificate designs, or course materials.
Digital services and third parties
The service depends on providers such as Razorpay, Cashfree, Google Cloud, email providers, and internet infrastructure. We take reasonable steps to maintain availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Certificate and course material is educational and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
Intellectual property
The service, branding, certificate templates, software, and course materials belong to Turnip Innovations Private Limited or its licensors. Payment gives you no right to reproduce, modify, sell, or create misleading versions of those materials.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turnip is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, third-party outages, incorrect user submissions, email filtering, network failures, or delays outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law. Please contact us first so that a concern can be resolved informally. Any proceeding that cannot be resolved informally is subject to the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
